我們選用來自美國的 Airlume™ 棉，經過超過 2.5 倍等級的雜質過濾，只保留最長、最細緻的纖維。這種布料不僅手感柔軟、觸膚細滑，更在運動過程中帶來穩定、乾爽、無刺激的穿著體驗。

從設計到製作，我們關注的不只是外型，更是機能。這種棉材適合高強度訓練後的肌膚，表面平整、不易起毛球，為每一次流汗之後，保留舒適與自在。

採用特殊開發的 Airlume Combed & Ring-Spun 高品質棉紗處理技術，比一般市面上的棉更柔軟、透氣且平滑親膚，雜質去除率高達 2.5 倍。

Ring-Spun (環紡) : 棉纖維用環狀機具旋轉拉細後紡成線，紗線更細緻、強度更高，比普通 open-end 紗更柔軟耐用。

Texlume Combed : 能去除了 2.5 倍雜質（如棉籽、短纖維），比一般精梳棉更純淨。

• 節水技術：採用新型高效染色機，使用比行業平均少 7 倍的水，每週節省約 2400 萬加侖水。 

• 能源減少：在廠區屋頂安裝太陽能板，使用 LED 感應燈和天窗以減少能源消耗，並設有電動車充電站。 

• 零廢棄物：回收所有無法製成 T 恤的材料，將多餘的布料轉化為嬰兒圍兜、家具填充物等產品。
